Rolfing UK

Rolfing in the UK is fairly new, although it is well known in other countries such as the US. This website contains useful information about the origins of this unique approach to bodywork, Rolfing technique, and the Ten Series, as well as resources about Rolfing. It also has an explanation of the benefits of Rolfing. Many different conditions can benefit from Rolfing, and outcomes include greater ease of movement, increased energy, decreased pain, and even increased emotional wellbeing.

The British Academy of Rolfing and Structural Integration is the first training institute for Rolfing in the UK. Rolfing is a registered service mark. Rolfing internationally

The standards of Rolfing are upheld internationally by the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration, the umbrella organisation that oversees the training of Rolfers worldwide. Founded in 1971, the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration aims to bring the benefits of Rolfing Structural Integration to the world through providing a quality training program in Rolfing Structural Integration, certifying Rolfers and providing them with continuing education, promoting research and educating the public about the value of Rolfing Structural Integration. The European Rolfing Association is the representative organisation of the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Europe. It is a non-profit organisation, founded in 1991 and based in Munich. It works for the benefit of all certified Rolfers practicing in Europe.
